The first time I saw footage sent through CS5, I was hooked.  They have specifically designed CS5 and Premiere Pro around the Canon 5D, 7D, and 1D platform.  It expands the 8 BIT color-space in a way that looks very filmic.  Adobe addresses the limited h.264 codec, edits in real time and gives more latitude in the post process.
